Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Community Assistant ("the Service"), operated by LucyTo Trade s.r.o.. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity that happens through your account.
2. The Service
Community Assistant is an AI-powered conversation workspace that helps you understand conversations and draft replies. We do not auto-post or auto-send anything on your behalf. You remain in full control of what you publish.
3. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate summaries, translations, explanations, and reply drafts. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You are solely responsible for reviewing every AI-generated output before relying on it, sharing it, or publishing it.
The Service is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions that require qualified professional judgment.
4. Your content and imported conversations
You retain ownership of conversations, project knowledge, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. generating summaries, replies, translations, and memory updates). We do not use Your Content to train our own AI models.
You represent and warrant that, for any conversation, message, or other material you import, paste, paste-link, or connect into the Service:
- you have the right to process that material for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy;
- the material does not contain personal data of third parties for which you do not have a lawful basis to process under applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR);
- the material does not contain special-category personal data (e.g. health, biometric, political, religious, sexual-orientation data), payment-card data, government identifiers, or other regulated data that the Service is not designed to handle;
- the material is not unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or in violation of any third-party platform's rules (including Reddit's API and content policies).
You are responsible for the legality of what you upload. We may remove content or suspend access if we receive a credible report that content violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content, harassment, spam, or content that violates the rules of any third-party platform (including Reddit, where applicable).
- Attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer our systems, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls.
- Use the Service to build a competing AI product, to train machine-learning models, or to resell AI outputs as a standalone service.
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in the displayed currency (EUR). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from workspace settings, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds, where offered, are handled case-by-case — contact us at the email below. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice before your renewal if your plan's price changes, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
If you are an EU consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal: by starting a paid subscription and accessing paid features immediately, you expressly consent to the performance of the Service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once performance has begun.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including:
- AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) for generating responses, translations, and summaries.
- Stripe for billing and subscription management.
- Reddit: when you connect a Reddit account and choose to import a thread, we use Reddit's OAuth and API to fetch that thread. Reddit data is used only to display, analyze, summarize, and help you draft replies inside the product. We do not post to Reddit automatically — replies are posted only when you explicitly approve them. You can disconnect Reddit at any time from workspace settings.
Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, including Reddit's API and content policies.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
9. Termination and account deletion
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@tryfenrik.com from the email address tied to your account; we will remove your account and associated content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create a risk for other users, or are otherwise materially harmful to the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither LucyTo Trade s.r.o. nor its officers, employees, or agents are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if greater and required by applicable law, the minimum amount such law requires.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence under EU consumer law).
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator named above is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer- protection provisions of the country in which you reside. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the operator's seat, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Contact: Questions about these Terms or account deletion requests can be sent to support@tryfenrik.com.
